Dr Campbell is a graduate of the Ohio State University receiving his doctorate degree in Dentistry in 1978. He has been practicing dentistry in Racine Wisconsin for over 20 years.

Dr. Campbell has served on various Dental advisory boards for the State of Wisconsin including peer review and Gateway Advisory Board.

He has served his country in the US Navy as a lieutenant and received post graduate training in dentistry at the Naval Regional Dental Center - Bethesda, Maryland and Great Lakes Naval Station, Illinois.
